Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Officer to handle payroll processing and timekeeping for project-based employees. Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily monitoring and verification of employee timekeeping and attendance
- Prepare and process payroll for direct hires, project-based employees, and PASA payroll
- Coordinate with project sites on submission and validation of timesheets
- Ensure accuracy of overtime, night differential, holidays, and leave credits
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and files
- Coordinate with Accounting on payroll schedules and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company payroll policies
- Address payroll and timekeeping concerns of employees
- Assist in preparation of government remittances and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
