Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Officer to handle payroll processing and timekeeping for project-based employees. Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily monitoring and verification of employee timekeeping and attendance
  • Prepare and process payroll for direct hires, project-based employees, and PASA payroll
  • Coordinate with project sites on submission and validation of timesheets
  • Ensure accuracy of overtime, night differential, holidays, and leave credits
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and files
  • Coordinate with Accounting on payroll schedules and disbursements
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company payroll policies
  • Address payroll and timekeeping concerns of employees
  • Assist in preparation of government remittances and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
