Our team is looking for an HR Onboarding Coordinator to support our Experienced recruitment and HR team in the execution of the employee onboarding, internal events, and other administrative activities.
What You Will Do
- Drive the pre boarding and onboarding activities for all Experienced hires, including ongoing communication with candidates prior to start.
- Work with the national IT team in order to coordinate equipment for new hires
- Provide regular and effective communication to the various stakeholders and ensure issues and obstacles are escalated
- Support the administrative needs of our HR team on various projects
- Support internal events, including our ID&E focused People Networks
