Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration :
a) Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace
b) Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
c) Handle vendor relationships and HR Petty cash
2. IT Support:
a) Coordinate with admin, IT Team and employees for laptop arrangements and replacement.
b) Track and manage company assets, including technology equipment and physical resources.
c) Maintain asset records and coordinate with the IT team for updates.
d) IT vendor management
3. Vendor Management :
a) Monthly payables- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreed terms. Ensure timely processing and payment to maintain good relationships.
b) Vendor Agreements- Arranging the agreements of the vendors
c) Maintaining records- Keep a centralized, organized system for vendor
