HR Operations Lead is responsible for managing end- to- end HR operational processes across the employee life-cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance end efficiency. This role drives process excellence and continuous improvement while aligning HR Operations with business and strategic objectives.


    Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end to end employee lifecycle process including payroll, benefits administration and employee records.
    • Ensure full compliance with Turkish Labor Law, regulations and company polices.
    • Cooperate with payroll vendors.
    • Prepare and manage internal / external audits related to HR Operations.
    • Manage budget and reporting regarding to Labor cost.
    • Act as the owner of the HR Systems (eg. Workday, ServiceNow).
    • Develop and deliver HR metrics, dashboards and operational reports.
    • Manage process for foreign employees.
    • Partner with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency.


    Additional Information

    • Geographic Scope: Turkey.
    • Professional proficiency in English is required.
