HR Operations Admin Executive

As an HR Operations Executive at Pedas Wet World, you will support daily HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, HR documentation, employee engagement, attendance management, and support for payroll processing. You will also assist in HR reporting, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR operations at the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding support.
• Assist with employee documentation, filing, and HR records management.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Process employee attendance, leave applications, and submissions to payroll.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as issuing HR letters (LOAs, employment verification).
• Support employee engagement and communication within the outlet.
