HR Operations Apprentice [Fresher]

This is an HR Operations Apprentice role, for 1 year, based in our Chennai Office. This role will deliver and manage HR services at India region. It is suitable for a high-EQ, diligent, seeking the thrill of working in a fast paced, high growth leading technology organization.

What You’ll Do:

As an HR Operations Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team with day-to-day operations including onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures. You will also contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy and goals of the organization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors/ Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills

3. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

5. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

7. Chennai based candidates are preferred
