Trevi SpA, for an important project in Spain, is looking for a:

HR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT


Responsibilities

  • Organization of meals and accommodation for site personnel.
  • Organization of transportation and management of expense reports for site personnel.
  • Monitoring attendance of site personnel.
  • Liaising with the labor consultant for the payroll of site personnel.
  • Organization of mandatory training for site personnel.
  • Requirements

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Knowledge of Spanish (minimum level B2/C1).
  • Knowledge of English (minimum level B2/C1).
  • Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
  • The role requires on‑site presence at the project construction site in Spain.
