Responsibilities
- Own HRMS setup, accuracy, and day-to-day hygiene.
- Keep employee records, org structures, and workflows clean and updated.
- Drive standardisation across locations where possible, and call out local exceptions clearly.
- Own HR policy documentation, version control, and communication.
- Work with legal and external advisors to ensure India labour law compliance.
- Support audits, documentation, and filings related to HR and people records.
- Maintain oversight on global HR compliance in partnership with local partners.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance on time and with high accuracy.
- Oversee leave, attendance, and benefits administration through HRMS and tools.
- Ensure statutory components are captured correctly, and employees have clarity on the structure.
