Responsibilities

  • Own HRMS setup, accuracy, and day-to-day hygiene.
  • Keep employee records, org structures, and workflows clean and updated.
  • Drive standardisation across locations where possible, and call out local exceptions clearly.
  • Own HR policy documentation, version control, and communication.
  • Work with legal and external advisors to ensure India labour law compliance.
  • Support audits, documentation, and filings related to HR and people records.
  • Maintain oversight on global HR compliance in partnership with local partners.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance on time and with high accuracy.
  • Oversee leave, attendance, and benefits administration through HRMS and tools.
  • Ensure statutory components are captured correctly, and employees have clarity on the structure.
