We're Hiring: HR & Operations Coordinator (On-Site – Full-Time, Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end HR and people operations activities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, communication, and follow-ups
  • Manage employee records, documentation, and policy-related processes
  • Assist with on-boarding, off-boarding, engagement, and employee support
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Support employer branding, social presence, and basic digital marketing initiatives
  • Assist with content coordination for LinkedIn, website updates, and internal communications
  • Support basic reporting, compliance coordination, and administrative tasks
