We're Hiring: HR & Operations Coordinator (On-Site – Full-Time, Bangalore)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end HR and people operations activities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, communication, and follow-ups
- Manage employee records, documentation, and policy-related processes
- Assist with on-boarding, off-boarding, engagement, and employee support
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Support employer branding, social presence, and basic digital marketing initiatives
- Assist with content coordination for LinkedIn, website updates, and internal communications
- Support basic reporting, compliance coordination, and administrative tasks
