Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our U.S.-based workforce. This role will act as a single point of contact for employees, drive HR operations, manage employee relations, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations during U.S. business hours.
The ideal candidate can come from a BPO or operations-driven environment, be comfortable working in night shifts, and have strong hands-on HR execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR SPOC for employees in the U.S. time zone
- Manage and resolve employee grievances, concerns, and queries effectively
- Coordinate with and manage the travel desk, including employee travel requirements
