Job Description

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations for a remote workforce. The role focuses on Team member lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, attendance and activity tracking, and accurate HR documentation in a distributed work environment.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including remote onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
  • Onboarding and ensure timely completion of joining formalities and required documents
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records in HRMS and internal trackers with accuracy
  • Handle recruitment coordination including resume shortlisting, initial HR screening calls, and interview scheduling
