Job Description
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations for a remote workforce. The role focuses on Team member lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, attendance and activity tracking, and accurate HR documentation in a distributed work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including remote onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
Onboarding and ensure timely completion of joining formalities and required documents
Maintain and regularly update employee records in HRMS and internal trackers with accuracy
Handle recruitment coordination including resume shortlisting, initial HR screening calls, and interview scheduling
Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability, availability, and basic role alignment
Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to share candidate details, collect feedback, and track hiring status
