About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join us as a Manager – Human Resources. This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and operational HR activities to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Primary Role is Technical recruiting across levels: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit.

2. Drive the full Performance Management Cycle: KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

3. Implement and manage employee engagement programs to build a positive and motivated work culture.

4. Support in attendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes.

5. Support employer branding initiatives, including social media, internal communications.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience in an HR & Operations role.

2. Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring for software product development technical roles

3. Good understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and reporting requirements.

4. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

6. Strong technical recruiting skills, with the ability to identify and attract top technical talent

7. Ability to work independently and remotely
