Job Description
- 3–4 years of HR experience with leadership role.
- Proven hands-on HR experience within the UAE is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and employee relations.
- Experience managing contracts, HR documentation, and compliance frameworks.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Confident, structured, and able to work independently.
