Job Description
The HR operations manager owns the execution and continuous improvement of HR operations across the full team member lifecycle — from onboarding through offboarding. This is a hands-on role that blends operational leadership, systems ownership, and process discipline.
You will work closely with the Director of Global HR , HR Specialists, and cross-functional partners to ensure HR systems, workflows, and documentation operate smoothly and consistently across countries.
This role is centered on building, operating, and continuously elevating a high-performing HR engine, with a strong commitment to operational excellence and ongoing improvement every day.
Must haves
7+ years of progressive HR experience , with a strong focus on HR operations
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Location: Ukraine, Poland, Romania
