We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize Human Resources operations within a high-volume, technology-driven contact centre environment . This role acts as a strategic business partner, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation while delivering an efficient, consistent, and high-quality employee experience aligned with global corporate standards.
Lead and oversee daily HR operations , including hiring, contract extensions, contractual changes, terminations, and employee documentation.
Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor law and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
Supervise and coordinate payroll processes
