Tesla is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our growing HR Operations team in the Northern Europe region. The role focuses on operational delivery and team management to deliver outstanding service to internal customers and support the ongoing development of our services. The HR Operations team supports employees across the Nordic countries. The role can be based in Oslo, Bergen, Stockholm or Copenhagen.

What you'll Do

• Manage a team working on Core HR employee lifecycle processes and payroll input, including onboarding, absence management, leavers, and HR-ticket inquiries, plus monthly payroll input, processing and compliance checks
• Monitor and report on key SLAs, metrics and KPIs to drive strong output from the HR Operations team
