Role Mandate

The HR Operations Manager is the owner of Remotify’s people operations engine.

This role is accountable for building and running a disciplined, legally sound, and scalable people operations function that supports both e mployees and clients, across the Philippines and multiple countries. You will personally handle complex labor and employee relations cases, while also designing the systems, workflows, standards, and team capabilities that allow Remotify to operate with consistency, confidence, and credibility as we scale.
