• Worth, TX (Remote role, but must be in the DFW area) Role Summary The HR Operations Manager leads RSI Security’s internal ecosystem people, processes, and systems ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and in alignment with our EOS framework.
• This role manages the HR Generalist, Recruiter, and Operations Administrative Assistant, supporting a blended workforce of full-time employees, offshore contractors, and U.S.-based consultants under agreement.
• You’ll partner with leadership to connect HR operations with business efficiency, maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and operational rhythm across multiple platforms.
