We are hiring a HR Operations & Office Manager to run the Lima office day-to-day. This is a hands-on, authority-driven role focused on enforcing rules, managing people, running training programs, and keeping operations tight. This is an execution, discipline, and standards role rather than a traditional people-first HR role.

You must be comfortable:

  • Having difficult conversations
  • Terminating employees when necessary
  • Interfacing with lawyers, accountants, and government offices
  • Solving practical problems personally (from payroll issues to broken laptops) ...
