Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and people-focused HR Operations Partner to support employee relations, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring that HR processes are consistently applied while maintaining alignment with labor laws and company policies.

Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience required.

Bachelor's degree required.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts in a fair, objective and timely manner.
  • Administer disciplinary actions while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to due process.
  • Promote and help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
