Job Description

  • HR Operations: You deliver reliable, compliant and efficient HR Operations services for our workforce in Switzerland and abroad, across the full employee lifecycle, including contract management, onboarding/offboarding, leave and absence administration, reference letters, lifecycle changes and related HR cases.
  • HR Data Management: You ensure employee records in Abacus (HRIS) are always up to date and reflect all organizational changes.
  • Employee Support: You support employees in person and via our ticketing system, ensuring timely and service‑oriented responses.
  • HR Process Ownership: You oversee and update core HR processes to ensure full compliance with labor law and internal policies, covering lifecycle‑related workflows.
  • HR Tools Management: You work confidently with various tools, such as Abacus, ServiceNow, Docusign, Outlook and SharePoint and create/manage purchase requisition requests in SAP.
