Role Overview
The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing HR operational processes within a Shared Services model, providing primary support to North America, with occasional support to LatAm. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, SLA compliance, and adherence to internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Handle employee requests and cases through ServiceNow.
- Maintain and update employee data in SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems.
- Support HR processes related to documentation, vacations, benefits, and vendor invoicing.
- Identify deviations, escalate issues, and track KPIs and SLAs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system testing.
