  • Support Executive Managers in all leadership / HR processes related to the executive target group, in a first phase with dedicated focus on Europe segment to app. 50 %.
  • Onboard and enable new HR colleagues in the NatCos, ensuring a seamless integration into processes and systems.
  • Coordinate, prepare and support essential annual HR processes for executives (e.g., People Day), including analytical preparation and insights.
  • Maintain HR master data and ensure consistently high data quality standards as a foundation for reliable analytics and reporting.
  • Handle complex HR requests and resolve challenging customer issues with a service-minded and solution-oriented approach.
  • Contribute to projects and drive continuous improvement of HR processes, particularly in the areas of data quality, standardization, analytics and automation.
