HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to join our Global HR Operations team, supporting our Canadian clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT recruitment and HR operational activities aligned with Canadian business hours.

You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding IT talent for Canadian projects, while ensuring smooth HR operations including contract management, background verification, and employment documentation – all delivered with a client-centric approach.
