职位描述:

Manage HR operations for local employees and international expatriates, including cross-border mobility support, personnel file administration, implementation of benefits, and coordination with external vendors.

Implement and maintain HR operational processes in compliance with local labor regulations and Group standards, covering the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employment administration, and offboarding).

Maintain HR system data and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support requirements analysis for global HR modules. Provide local data insights and operational support to Headquarters.


职位要求:

Bachelor’s degree or above. This position is open exclusively to new graduates (campus recruitment).
