Job Description


The HR Specialist provides administrative and operational support to HR Operations, reporting to the Director of Employee Experience. This role supports onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, payroll coordination, and employee movement processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR services.


 


Key Responsibilities:


 Onboarding



  • Conduct orientation and HR system access setup

  • Issuance of contract

  • Conduct training of new hires with HR systems

  • Maintain employees 201 file

  • Process BIR TIN Number

  • Process payroll account opening and releasing of ATM

  • Process ID creation and releasing

  • Process semi-monthly payroll report and queries
