Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR processes, transactions, and compliance requirements. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient execution of HR operations such as payroll inputs, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of employee lifecycle data in the HRIS system.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with statutory and internal documentation requirements.
  • Support employee queries regarding HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational standards across all HR activities.
  • Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of salary, reimbursements, and deductions.
  • Generate reports and dashboards related to HR metrics and employee data.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll support, or HR shared services.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, payroll process flow, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
