Job Description

•Manage the employee inquiry process and ticket system within expected SLAs (service level agreements) and associated performance targets and metrics•Answering employee inquiries, resolving tickets and issues, and escalating / triaging issues to the right parties as appropriate related to benefits, payroll, compensation, and HR related policies•Process various HR transactions, including departures/retirements, mobility, relocation, job and pay changes, leave of absences, and immigration cases•Prepare ad hoc reports on a regular basis for analysis, compliance, and to monitor employee transactions that require departmental action•Administer exit process activities, such as exit interviews and surveys, communications, paperwork •Ensure HR documents are processed correctly and in timely manner according to legal requirements•Provide shared service support of Employee Relations activities, to include maintaining investigation files, case trackers, compliance materials, notes, etc•Respond to...
