Job Summary
The HR Operations Specialist supports daily HR operations and transactional processes, partnering closely with People Partners to deliver responsive, high-quality service to associates and managers. This role collaborates cross-functionally, supports HR systems and compliance activities, and contributes to process improvements that enhance the associate experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for associate and manager HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and systems

  • Administer workforce transactions in the HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, terminations, and data updates

  • Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related system and process issues

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientation
