Job SummaryThe HR Operations Specialist supports daily HR operations and transactional processes, partnering closely with People Partners to deliver responsive, high-quality service to associates and managers. This role collaborates cross-functionally, supports HR systems and compliance activities, and contributes to process improvements that enhance the associate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for associate and manager HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and systems
Administer workforce transactions in the HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, terminations, and data updates
Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related system and process issues
Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientation
