HR Operations Specialist (US/EU experience) - Remote
Your Role: As an HR Operations Specialist on a Part Time basis, you will help ensure a positive employment experience for our internal team of employees. You will act as the first point of contact for HR questions. You will support the HR Manager in maintaining employee‑related data and processes across the entire employee lifecycle. This will include offer generation, onboarding, annual review preparation, and offboarding. In addition to employee‑related administrative activities, you will work with the Head of HR Operations on projects and enhancements to achieve a high level of employee satisfaction.
