Job Summary:

The HR Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing. This role manages a team of processors, coordinates with vendors, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to deliver efficient HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Supervision

  • Lead and manage a team of HR processors handling benefits administration.

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all benefits-related transactions.

2. Benefits Administration
