We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented People & Culture Operations and Talent Specialist to join our global HR team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, with a core focus on managing payroll across multiple countries and delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes - giving you the opportunity to help shape our workforce while making a meaningful impact on our employee experience.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Payroll operations across APAC countries in a smooth manner by ensuring activities are undertaken to adhere to committed deadlines, compliance and tax obligations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when required.
