– Training experience in HR-related topics.
– Ability to align and manage trainers on time.
– Proficiency in managing hiring processes through platforms like Naukri.

Hiring Process:

– Candidates will be sourced through Naukri.
– Focus on candidates with experience in HR operations, hiring, and training. Key Responsibilities:
– Form batches as per new requirements.
– Conduct with the other HR team for batch formation.
– Manage hiring through Naukri.
