Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant cum HR Executive who can

independently manage core HR operations along with executive-level administrative support.


The role requires hands-on experience in statutory compliances, recruitment, employee

records, and day-to-day coordination with management.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including PF & ESI compliance, employee

documentation, and record maintenance.


2. Handle recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and

onboarding.


3. Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, coordination,

follow-ups, and documentation.


4. Act as a single point of contact between management, employees, and external

stakeholders.
