Role Overview:
As the HR Operations Manager at Prosperr.io, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR processes. You will be responsible for Payroll Processing, Employee Wellness & Employee Relations, Employee Onboarding, and HR Administration. Working closely with the founders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will ensure our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
