Job Description
The HR Organization Development Manager shall lead, direct and manage groupwide strategic programs and activities initiated by the Corporate Center HR in relation, but not limited, to Leadership Development, Talent and Performance Management, Succession Planning, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other HR initiatives that are implemented under the Office of the Chief Learning Officer and VP for Human Resources.
Organization Development
Sets the direction in the creation, development and implementation of the overall Organization Development (OD) strategies and programs in the Corporate Center/Group.
Spearheads/facilitates the Business Planning process in his/her department/among assigned teams
Prepares and communicates information to Management; Proposes and presents plans on OD strategies and programs
