Job Description

The HR Organizational Development (Lead Consultant) provides strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services, which assist organizations in improving productivity and overall performance.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end human capital services such as, but not limited to, Compensation & Benefits, Long-term Incentive Plans, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Optimization, Organizational Development and Effectiveness.
  • Perform HR process review and people analytics.
  • Lead, manage and coach associate consultants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive business development.
  • Directly collaborate with clients and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR operations compliance.

Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business or other related fields.
