Be among the first 25 applicants. The HR & OD Manager is in charge of overall Organization Development, as well as leading and managing the HRA & OD Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishes, implements, and develops HR structures that will increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. These structures may address the following HR facets: Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Culture, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, among others.
  • Conducts organizational diagnosis in order to come up with sound interventions and recommendations.
  • Acts as a change agent for the company to build a strong workplace culture.
  • Acts as a strategic partner to support individual teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent.
