Role Overview HR Partner, Builder Experience Team (BeXT) – 9‑month fixed‑term contract focusing on the Builder experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Key Responsibilities Consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision making with empathy and sound judgment. Collaborate on talent management processes, people development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Foster an inclusive environment for all Builders. Advocate for Builders’ needs through end‑to‑end experiences that help Builders feel fully engaged and valued. Serve as first point of escalation for Builder concerns, exercising high judgment and managing ambiguity. Support Builder queries with discretion, navigating Amazon policies. Promote adoption of technology and self‑service. Influence multiple levels of the organization, from Builders to senior leaders.
