Role SummaryThe HR Partner role in our Builder Experience Team (BeXT) is a 9-month fixed-term contract focusing on the Builder experience. During this term, you can expect to influence change and foster an environment of inclusion for our Builders.

Consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision making with empathy and sound judgement; collaborating and actioning on talent management processes, people development and performance management, compensation, and employee relations issues.
