**Warum Diese Rolle Wichtig Ist**
Als HR Partner (m/w/d) sind Sie die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle personalrelevanten Themen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Sie stellen sicher, dass HR-Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft ebenso zuverlässig funktionieren wie in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung, unterstützen Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende und tragen durch einen bedarfsgerechten Personaleinsatz sowie gezielte Personalentwicklung maßgeblich zur Stabilität und Leistungsfähigkeit des Standorts bei.
**Was Sie Tun Werden**
+ Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und agieren als strategische Schnittstelle zwischen HR und den Fachbereichen.
+ Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung aller relevanten HR-Prozesse und arbeiten dabei eng und partnerschaftlich mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen.
+ Sie stellen sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden zur richtigen Zeit mit den richtigen Qualifikationen eingesetzt werden, identifizieren Entwicklungsbedarfe und bringen gezielte Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen auf den Weg.
+ Sie sorgen für stabile und effiziente Personalprozesse und gewährleisten eine verlässliche Pflege aller personalrelevanten Daten in unseren HR-Systemen.
+ Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Reportings und Statistiken sowie bei der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten.
**Was Wir Suchen**
+ Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
+ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
+ Anwendungssichere Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsrecht und in HR-Prozessen
+ Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen, hohe soziale Kompetenz und Eigenverantwortung
+ Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
+ Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
+ Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
