What will your job look like

• Act as a strategic HR partner with strong business orientation, supporting regional accounts and influencing leadership decisions through insight, data, Lead and implement the HR strategy for Unit Region, translating regional and global priorities into actionable HR plans that align with business needs
• Own the HR people cycle (performance, development, talent management, engagement, compensation cycle, succession) and ensure high quality execution across the region
