At Banq Group, were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and people-minded HR Partner to join our team in Paris (Nanterre).

At Banq Group, we are accelerating the growth of our French entity, and to support this expansion, we are looking for a dedicated HR Partner to join our team on site in Paris (Nanterre).

As our presence in France continues to scale, this role is key in building a strong local HR foundation. You will be the go-to HR partner for our French colleagues, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring alignment with our international HR framework.

Responsibilities

As an integral part of our HR team, youll work closely with the HR Region Manager and international HR Partners to deliver exceptional HR services and experiences for our employees in France. Youll also have the chance to explore additional projects that match your interests, from HR analytics to Training & Development to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Heres what your role will include:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Handle all administrative and practical onboarding preparations and provide new hires with a warm welcome, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • HR Administration

  • Oversee the daily follow-up and maintenance of personnel administration.
  • Maintain and update personnel files and update employee data in our HRIS with precision and care.
  • Draft and review documents in line with the four-eyes principle, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage the HR mailbox by addressing queries, coordinating with the HR Region Manager, and providing timely support to employees.
  • Payroll

  • Responsible for the monthly closure of the payroll 
  • Process & Policy Oversight

  • Monitor key HR processes, such as performance management, encouraging high participation rates.
  • Ensure accurate practical follow-up on employee insurances

  • Good knowledge of social legislation in France.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other HR systems.
  • Experienced in HR, with a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years ofexperience in recruitment and general HR.
