  • HR Partnering
    • Partner with the business team to supports the people strategy for business growth.
    • Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) and specialist to provide comprehensive HR solutions and support to business team
    • Responsible to develop and deliver HR strategy for meeting business needs. 
    • Responsible to provide advice and support to business leaders, Managers on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc. 
    • Responsible for the delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as strategic recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for the business segment.
