HR Shared Service Center
, supporting employees and managers across different countries while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience — every single day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics
  • Support new joiners throughout their journey — from offer letter to their first day (and beyond)
  • Keep our HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Support international teams with onboarding, mobility and day-to-day HR processes
  • Create HR letters, reports and documents that truly make people's lives easier
  • Get involved in HR projects and help continuously improve the way we work

What you bring with you:

  • A degree in HR, Management or a related area — or hands-on experience that proves your skills
  • Fluent Romanian and English (mandatory)
