Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on HR & Payroll Analyst to support our food manufacturing operations. This role is highly operational and compliance-focused, combining manual payroll processing with day-to-day HR administration and health & safety documentation.

This is not a management role . The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and plant leadership to ensure payroll accuracy, legislative compliance, and well-maintained employee records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Process manual payroll using Excel , ensuring accuracy of hours, premiums, deductions, and statutory requirements and also using payroll systems (Dayforce)
