W are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to garantee excelence in the labor lawsuits and compliance with the legislation, leading a comitted team with quality and care for the people.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and process the payroll
Supervise admission, recission and vacation processes, to ensure the correct and updated register.
Manage social charges and ancillary obligations (Esocial, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS, FGTS, IRRF, INSS etc) with focus on legal compliance
Monitor the national payroll closing and provide support to the international payroll.
Control corporative benefits, monitoring costs, employee engagement and satisfaction.
Coordinate the relationship with sindicates, regulatory bodies and service providers promoting transparency and good institutional relation.
