HR Payroll Executive

Location: Padivattom, Ernakulam

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: MBA in HR

Experience: 1 Year experience or  MBA  Freshers from reputed/top B-Schools

Requirements

•  Excellent spoken English with Tamil or Hindi

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Indian payroll processing for up to 500 employees.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and deductions.
  
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory filings.
  
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and MIS reports.
  
• Coordinate with finance and external consultants for audits and compliance.
  
• Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees.
  
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company payroll policies.
  
• Support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
