HR Payroll Executive Location: Padivattom, Ernakulam Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month Qualification: MBA in HR Experience: 1 Year experience or MBA Freshers from reputed/top B-Schools Requirements Excellent spoken English with Tamil or Hindi Full-time MBA in HR Mandatory Freshers from reputed/top B-Schools Energetic, proactive & growth-oriented mindset Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Indian payroll processing for up to 500 employees. Ensure accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and deductions. Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory filings. Maintain payroll records, employee data, and MIS reports. Coordinate with finance and external consultants for audits and compliance. Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company payroll policies. Support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
